Apart from option to include liner for added protection, other variables include customised sizes, type of bag finishing, number of layers, and type of material used. Generally, clients can request specific design prints available in a maximum of 4 colours.
Heavy duty paper bags are classified in 4 categories according to the type of finishing -
- Square Bottom

This design allows for formation of a square bottom once the bag is opened.
This facilitates easy loading and safe transportation for contained items.

- Printing can be done on bottom patch.
The Polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene (PE) woven function is incorporated in the sewing bag. Its durable and economical usage makes it suitable for packing flour, sugar/salt, sand, grains, fertilizers, chemical materials, milk powder etc.

- Finishing options for enhanced seal:
Overtape over sewing / Crepe tape over sewing.
The Overtape-sealed bag allows for easy unsealing and provides good resistance for the contained items.
